100 LIVERPOOL STREET - LONDON

Renovation and expansion of the 100 Liverpool Street office complex, with a new curved facade and a renewed touch to the surrounding public space.

In the heart of the complex there is an impressive elliptical atrium, surrounded by flexible office spaces, with a bright and extremely functional layout.

The new building is raised three floors behind the main profile, with terraced gardens and other outdoor recreation spaces.

The ninth floor includes a restaurant with a large terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of the city.

The building is characterized by a series of features in the name of sustainability and CO2 reduction, associated with the reuse of the internal structure.

This project has the BREEAM Excellent Certification.

It includes highly efficient construction systems, a careful re-elaboration of the existing structure, photovoltaic panels and outdoor green areas on the upper terraces.

100 Liverpool Street is located in one of the capital’s best-connected locations, directly adjacent to Liverpool Street Station.

The new Crossrail station is located directly south of the building.
