NE.CE. S.p.A. has been operating since 1969 in the field of anodizing and electro-coloring by interference.
Since 09/03/2009 it has been in possession of the UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 Certification.
Certification of the Environmental Management System for surface treatments of anodic oxidation, electro-coloring and electro-coloring by interference.
NE.CE. is therefore particularly attentive to environmental issues and in order to improve the energy efficiency of the production cycle, it has created:
- a solar thermal system for the production of hot water for the exclusive use of the process activity for Solar cooling in backup of the existing production lines
- improvement of the anodizing process through new conversion equipment
- improvement of the fastening process with new equipment
The interventions were carried out after careful technical evaluations and the drafting of the energy diagnosis.
The project was co-financed by the Veneto Region with public support of € 90,701.57 obtained under the “POR FESR 2014-2020, Axis 4, Action 4.2.1 incentives aimed at reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. of companies and production areas including the installation of plants for the production of energy from renewable sources for self-consumption, giving priority to high-efficiency technologies “and is part of a broader project aimed at reducing energy consumption in company production processes.
