In the areas of use of Aluminum in which the highest level of quality is required, not only aesthetic, but above all structural, it is necessary to ensure the total traceability of Anodized Aluminum.
Traceability is also obtained through the accompanying documents of the products subjected to anodic oxidation, but total traceability can only be obtained through the marking process.NECE Anodizing has installed a new indelible inkjet marking machine that allows to obtain a personalized wording, which can contain:
- Customer’s name
- Production date
- Identification lot
- Origin of the material
- Product code
The marking operation, ideal for aluminum profiles and bars, can also be carried out on details and small parts, except in special cases.
