PACKAGING
The same care that NECE has in the anodizing treatment is also in the packaging phase of both the bars and the finished parts.
ALUMINIUM BARS
The packaging can be in the standard NECE version, neutral, customized, alternatively it can be provided by the customer.
In the case of aluminum bars, the standard packaging foresees an automatic wrapping of the profiles with micro-perforated nylon with NECE logo, creation of the package with cardboard corners at the base, wooden boards and beams with pvc strap with the maximum dimensions of 700 mm base x 650 mm height and 8,000 mm length.
The neutral packaging uses nylon without logo with bandage or leaf nylon, while the customized version is designed together with the customer. Another option is the supply by the customer of metal baskets or wooden pallets / crates for the location of the profiles.
If the product does not provide for a local transfer, a “packaging for long journeys” will be used which provides in addition to the nylon interposed between the individual profiles, an additional nylon wrapping of the entire package and, if required, an external multilayer cardboard covering.
When the packaging is complete, a label is applied showing the number of pieces, the net and gross weight, as well as the possible number of rejected or non-compliant raw pieces.
ALUMINUM PARTICULARS AND LAMINATES
The packaging is normally neutral and reuses the stairs, pallets, metal baskets with which the customer sent the material to be processed, and the methods are agreed with the customer.
Custom packaging can be supplied upon request.
In the case of collection by express couriers, it must be indicated when ordering, to better preserve the product.
