NECE Anodizing can count on state-of-the-art anodic oxidation plants and has 40 years of experience in the business, thanks to which it can always satisfy any request for aluminum surface treatment.
NECE anodizes angular, flat, tubular, T and U shaped aluminum profiles as well as structural and custom-made profiles.
The latter, to be colored perfectly, require special production technologies and processing phases.
Particular care is taken in the rinses in order to avoid that the residues of the chemical products remain deposited in the interstices of the bars, compromising both the aesthetic and functional quality of the product.
This is also true for those products realized by thermal cut , used above all in the building sector, as they have micro-fissures between the aluminum and PVC, that request lot of care and thorough cleaning.
Care and attention, that guarantee high quality standards, do not affect nonetheless on the production time, in which NECE is highly competitive.
The sizes of these profiles’ sections can vary from 1 mm to 1500 mm.
