EXPO 2015 - MILAN
The World’s Fair is a unique event that is held every five years.
The 2010 edition, that took place in Shanghai, gathered in the Italian pavilion over 5,000 delegations and about 7 million visitors within 6 months.
On 31st March 2008, in Paris, the 157 members of the “Bureau International des Espositions” chose Milan as the location for the 2015 World’s Fair. The subject is: Feeding the planet Energy for life.
Expo 2015 is a great occasion to stand out the beauty and excellence of design and Made in Italy.
Anodizing NECE will be part of this excellence, and has already started the production of the aluminum parts for the structure of a big screen.
The treatment chosen is the Steel Electrocoloring with Scotch Brite finish, on custom-made profiles and press-formed panels.
Even in this occasion, Aluminum was preferred to Steel as it is lighter and easier to treat, but the aesthetic is equivalent.
This first lot will be followed by others in the architectural sector.
