Anodizing NECE, which has always been at the forefront in customer service, as well as in the continuous search for new technologies to improve processes, has developed a new order loading / unloading system, transforming it from manual to automatic.
Up to now, every incoming and outgoing Order / DDT needed to be manually loaded into the management program. The innovative system of Automatic Orders proposed by NECE Anodizing consists in the exchange, through a dedicated FTP area, of .xml files (the format most used by databases) so that this process takes place automatically.
The advantages of this process benefit both the company and the customer:
- Time saving by operators for DDT loading
- Elimination of typing errors
- The data result already entered in the management system at the time of arrival of the goods to be processed
The process, after the initial experimental phase, will make it possible to eliminate the communication times of rejects and non-conformities of the material, thus facilitating any reintegration as much as possible.
