20. DEFECTS AND WASTE REDUCTION

Aluminum defects such as flames, lines, extrusion bands, slight frictions and scratches, are reduced through the processing of micro shot peening, commonly called sandblasting. Thanks to the micro shot peening, production waste, due to the quality of the aluminum, decreases significantly.

21. EXCELLENT BASE FOR PAINTING

Aluminum Anodizing prepares the surface of the aluminum for a good adhesion of the paint, also guarantees the durability of the finished product, as even if the paint is scratched, the oxide layer remains to protect the aluminum.
