Anodizzazione, applicazione PVC per taglio e lavorazione in barra
Until a few years ago, all components with precision machining were anodized individually, after such machining.The progress of the technologies of numerically controlled Machining Centers, an advanced know-how of the Italian North-East and, last but not least, the application of a particular film (which can be single or double layer) allow to anodize, in an industrial way, aluminum bars up to 7,500 mm long with a perfectly homogeneous finish, allowing subsequent cutting, drilling, threading and milling operations without damaging the product.
Through this process, three benefits are obtained: a perfect product, shorter processing time and lower cost, obviously on medium-large production batches.
Examples of this type of production are furniture and kitchen doors, bookcases, walk-in wardrobes, tables, lighting technology and vending machines.
