ANODIZING TREATMENT CERTIFICATION
NECE Anodizing has been operating for years according to the quality standards dictated by the QUALANOD EURAS-EWAA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Compliance with these regulations guarantees that the production, carried out at NECE factories, has a certain quality standard.
An ever-increasing number of customers require, in addition, a specific certification of their batch of material treated in anodization; this certification is issued following tests and analyzes carried out during production and at the end of the process:
- Job or site number (order)
- Delivery Note number and date
- Certified NECE batch number and quantity
- Average thickness UNI EN ISO 2360:2017
- Abrasion Test (Clark Test) UNI EN ISO 18771:2020 *
- Drop test UNI EN ISO 2143:2017 **
- Mass loss UNI EN ISO 3210:2025
- Average Delta E - Color target deviation control ***
- Fixing quality UNI EN ISO 7599:2018 ****
* Only with Classes ≥ 20 µm.
** Only on Silver Anodizing.
*** Only for Interference colors.
**** Destructive test: detects the resistance of the oxide layer to chemical aggression. The test is carried out on a length of about 10 cm of the finished product; in the case of small parts, laminates, or finished pieces, it is still necessary to provide a linear piece of the raw material.
Anodizing Treatment Certification is an optional service that can be requested for minimum batches of:
- SILVER and BRONZE profiles 300 kg or sheets 45 m².
- ELECTROCOLORING, STEEL, BLACK profiles 150 kg or sheets 25 m².
