ANODIZING TREATMENT CERTIFICATION
NECE Anodizing has been operating for years according to the quality standards dictated by the QUALANOD EURAS-EWAA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Compliance with these regulations guarantees that the production, carried out at NECE factories, has a certain quality standard.
An ever-increasing number of customers require, in addition, a specific certification of their batch of material treated in anodization; this certification is issued following tests and analyzes carried out during production and at the end of the process:
- Control of the Thickness of the Anodic Layer
according to ISO 2360 standard - Fixing Quality Test *
according to the UNI EN 7599 standard
The Anodizing Treatment Certification is an optional service that can be requested starting from minimum batches of:
- SILVER and BRONZE profile 300 kg or sheets 45 m2
- ELECTROCOLORING, STEEL, BLACK profile 150 kg or sheets 25 m2
* Destructive test: detects the resistance of the oxide layer to chemical aggression. The test is carried out on a length of about 10 cm of the finished product; in the case of small parts, laminates, or finished pieces, it is still necessary to provide a linear piece of the raw material.
