DEANSGATE SQUARE
MANCHESTER
The new skyscrapers will change the Manchester skyline as the tallest tower exceeds 200 meters and becomes the second tallest in the United Kingdom.

This is a pioneering, high-sophistication development of exclusive luxury apartments and penthouses, including private conservatories, indoor tennis courts and 25-meter swimming pools, constituting the highest residential level Manchester has ever seen.

The project stems from a “green” design using eco-friendly materials such as aluminum, as it is 100% recyclable.

The structural facades of the towers use a special innovative and elegant technology with structural silicone glazing, panelized glass cells with inward leaf opening and perforated aluminum sheet on the outside.

Both perforated sheets and aluminum frames are anodized by NECE with Silver color – Chemical Finish – Class 25 µm certified 1B – ARC – CA meeting the stringent British Standard.
