DEANSGATE SQUARE

MANCHESTER

OWEN STREET TOWERS

The new skyscrapers has changed the skyline of Manchester as the tallest tower exceeds 200 meters and becomes the second largest in the United Kingdom.

It is a pioneering and highly sophisticated development for the creation of luxury apartments and exclusive penthouses, which include private winter gardens, indoor tennis courts and 25-meter pools, making up the highest residential level that Manchester has ever seen.

The project stems from a “green” design that uses eco-friendly materials such as aluminum, as it is 100% recyclable.

The structural facades of the Towers use a particular innovative and elegant technology with structural silicone windows, paneled window cells with inward-opening and perforated aluminum sheet on the outside.

Both the perforated sheets and the aluminum frames are anodised by NECE with Silver color – Chemical Finishing – Class 25 μm certified 1B – ARC – CA respecting the stringent regulations of the British Standard.

The facades are a chessboard of alternating glass and aluminum panels.
