Aluminum extrusion in Italy reaches very high standards, so much so that it is appreciated, and therefore in demand, from all over the world, including China.
Extrusion compared to casting allows to obtain semi-finished aluminum products with a more regular and homogeneous structure (less subject to porosity and therefore more resistant).

The standard processing involves the micro shot peening of the extruded bar, then the anodizing and finally the cutting of the motor body to size.
The advanced processing, on the other hand, immediately involves cutting the extruded bar, then the micro shot peening and anodizing of the individual motor bodies: this phase requires the use of special supports to ensure perfect uniformity of the external surface.
