ALUMINIUM FRAMES

The theme of Energy Redevelopment continues to present a leading position, promoted both internationally and nationally, also passing through economic incentives, to safeguard the environment and human well-being.

This means reducing the energy needs and thermal improvement of the buildings, of which the windows and doors are a fundamental element to ensure good thermal and acoustic insulation of both civil and industrial buildings.

For decades, aluminum has occupied an important position among the main materials used in the window and door sector, as it is a light material, easy to work with and aesthetically pleasing.

The most innovative products combine aluminum with other materials such as wood, PVC and steel, to obtain greater integration of the windows and doors with the interior furnishings.

Thanks to the anodizing treatment, aluminum is particularly resistant to bad weather and therefore unalterable over time: for this reason it is ideal if placed on the outside of the window.

Today aluminum windows and doors are also used in buildings of energy class A, as thermal bridges between the internal and external surfaces are eliminated at the design level, by inserting an insulating layer of polyamide.

The most requested finish in the window and door sector is Brushed Silver Anodizing, but the choice is very wide and ranges from glossy, shot peened, chemical matt finishes and with colors ranging from classic Bronze shades to innovative Electrocoloring.

Interference Electrocolouring is most requested for buildings where planning particularly rewards design.
