HORIZON
JERSEY ISLAND

Jersey Island is the largest in the English Channel and is located close to the French coast.

This island is a self-governing parliamentary democracy with a constitutional monarchy, which, although not part of the United Kingdom, is defended and represented by the British.

The capital Saint Helier, which was historically a fishing village, now has a population of around 33,000 and has become a financial services hub that generates 40% of the island’s GDP.

This off-shore financial centre attracts large capital and, consequently, real estate investments that take the form of the construction of extremely prestigious properties, as in the case of Horizon, a residential and commercial complex with apartments starting at £ 1,3000,000.

NECE was requested as a supplier for these properties because of the very high standard of quality it is able to guarantee with the Anodizing of the shaped laminates that go into the exterior cladding of the facades.

The shade requested, found in the NECE range under code C33 – ARC, is an olive-brown color obtained through the process of Electrocoloring and matt-chemical finishing.
