GT Championship held in Italy, with some races in Europe, in which powerful Gran Turismo cars took part: Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Chrysler Viper and Maserati. This category, born in Italy in the 1950s thanks to the avant-garde of our automotive industry, soon spread internationally, hosting the most beautiful and fascinating sports cars and gathering a large number of enthusiasts everywhere. The nearly six hundred horsepower for GT cars, in addition to the great spectacle and fierce competition that this type of racing offers, have allowed the GT series to establish itself in Italy too, creating great interest from drivers and sponsors towards the championship.
