SPECIALIST OPTICS ANODIZING
The Specialist Optics are instruments for artificial vision and for high precision measurement applications.
They are often covered by several international patents relating to innovative technologies and are subjected to a series of very accurate quality controls.
The body of these optical instruments is obtained starting from a solid aluminum block that is turned with very high precision machines, then it is micro-blasted and then anodized in Black color.
Of vital importance is the fact that the Anodizing does not change the dimensions of the optics body in the slightest.
Particular care is taken in the rinses in order to avoid that the residues of the chemical products remain deposited in the interstices of the bars, compromising both the aesthetic and functional quality of the product.
The Black Anodizing also has the task of absorbing the light so as not to alter the reading of the instrument and at the same time protects it over time.
Finally, the anodic treatment also guarantees a perfect aesthetic quality of the surface.
