Since 2007, NECE has specialized in 25 µm class reinforced oxide layer anodizing, which is certified by meeting British Standard requirements and passing the Abrasion Test (Clark Test), which tests the abrasion resistance of the oxide layer.

NECE already enters the field with Architecture Firms, all of the highest caliber, with feasibility consulting, and providing custom and experimental samples, to specifications, for future projects.

With respect to the Customer, it provides a technical-economic evaluation on the typological drawings of the project details, in order to obtain the best result with regard to the ‘industrialization, and targeted advice on the optimal aluminum alloys to be used, depending on the shade and finish required.

Subsequently, the first samples of the various components are produced, which, once approved, will enable the production of the mullions, facade transoms, panels, window frames and accessories necessary to realize the Performance and Visual Mockup, which sometimes become, then, real commercial or technical offices.

Important planning work then begins on production methods and times, along with the purpose-created processing cycle, as well as the many checks on the product.

This ensures total traceability and the issuance of a certification for each batch produced, with a detailed report containing all the values measured.
