Qualanod Aluminum Quality Certification
The brand is owned by QUALANOD which has granted Qualital a general license including the right to grant authorization to use the quality brand and, the Anodizzazione NECE company is a licensee with EURAS-EWAA QUALANOD NR. 728 LICENSE issued on 28 / 09/1993, based on UNI 10681 September 1998. NECE Anodizing is therefore equipped with a QUALITY SYSTEM, to be understood as regards the organizational structure, responsibility, procedures and resources put in place for business management in order to achieve the optimal quality standard of all the technical provisions in relation to the quality mark for the anodic oxidation of aluminum, according to ISO 2360-6717 and ISO 9833-9834 FOR FIXING. NECE Anodizing, in line with the qualitative philosophies, guarantees a product of quality and professionalism, and offers its customers all the information necessary for the routine qualitative verification of the cycles and products; This is proved by the fact that our company is equipped with a special laboratory where to carry out the relative quality controls.

SQ 11 by QUALITAL – Institute of Industrial Certification of Aluminum, certifying compliance with the ISO 9001: 2000 standard of the Quality Management System for surface treatments of anodic oxidation, Electrocoloring, by Interference Electrocoloring on Extrusions, Laminates, Alloy parts aluminum

ISO 14001 Environmental Impact Certification
NECE Anodizing has obtained the certificate n. SA 02 by QUALITAL – Aluminum Industrial Certification Institute, certifying compliance with the ISO 14001: 2004 standard of the Environmental Management System for Surface Treatments of Anodic Oxidation, Electrocoloring, Interference Electrocoloring on Extrusions, Laminates, aluminum.

NECE Product Certification
NECE Anodizing has been operating for years according to the quality standards dictated by the QUALANOD, EURAS-EWAA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. Compliance with these regulations guarantees that the production, carried out at the NECE Anodizing plants, has a certain quality standard. An ever-increasing number of customers require, in addition, a specific certification of their batch of material treated in anodizing; this certification is issued following tests and analyzes carried out during production and at the end of the process:

  • Control of the thickness of the anodic layeraccording to ISO 2360
  • Fixing Quality Test *
    according to the UNI EN 12373-7 standard

The Anodizing Treatment Certification is an optional service that can be requested starting from minimum batches of:

  • SILVER and BRONZE profile 300 kg or sheets 45 m2
  • ELECTROCOLORATION, STEEL, BLACK profile 150 kg or sheets 25 m2

* Destructive test: detects the resistance of the oxide layer to chemical aggression. The test is carried out on a length of about 10 cm of the finished product; in the case of small parts, laminates, or finished pieces, it is still necessary to provide a linear piece of the raw material.
