1. DURATION IN TIME / INALTERABILITY
Tests carried out on products subjected to Aluminum Anodization largely exceed 1000 hours in non-acetic salt spray.
2. RESISTANCE TO SALT
NECE proposes and advises its customers the finishes as well as the Oxidation Classes suitable for hostile environments such as marine ones or subject to strong aggressions.
3. RESISTANCE TO LIGHT
The Organic Colors, which are obtained by absorption by immersing the anodized material in an organic dye solution, are the most sensitive of the colors offered by NECE and also have a high light fastness (> 8 ISO NORM 2135).
4. ABRASION RESISTANCE
The oxide layer produced by Anodizing hardens the anodized surface, furthermore it is possible to carry out the Anti-Scratch Treatment, optional processing, which gives the finished product a particular resistance to abrasion and friction; in addition to giving a greater result in mechanical terms, it also gives it in aesthetic terms, improving the brightness of the treated aluminum surfaces.
5. DIMENSIONS UNALTERED
The Anodizing process intervenes by modifying the structure of the aluminum, for a depth that varies from 5 μm to 25 μm, and the dimensions of the anodized products undergo an irrelevant variation, unlike what happens with the painting that applies a state of paint, uneven, which can exceed 100 μm, altering the dimensions of the object.
