PRE-ANODIZING TREATMENTS
PIN APPLICATION
Application of studs bolts (pins to be welded) on customized aluminum laminates with a thickness greater than 20/10 mm.

It mechanically cleans the surface creating an elegant satin effect that varies depending on the finish that can be: - ARS (Standard Brushing): regular satin finishing
- SCOTCH BRITE: irregular satin finish, slightly more polished than the Standard one

- NV Cloudy Brushing
- VB Vibrated Brushing
CHEMICAL BRUSHING ARC (EURAS STANDARD E6)
It cleans the surface through a chemical bath, making it homogeneously opaque, enhancing the aluminum.
SANDBLASTING SAB
It cleans mechanically through micro-peening, i.e. a jet of spherical microballs thrown against the material, homogenizing the surface in a controlled manner and making it opaque. This finish is particularly suitable in profiles that have extrusion problems such as bands or stripes.

POLISHING LP
It mechanically cleans the surface through soft material brushes, making the aluminum homogeneously shiny.

GRINDING AND TAPPING
They clean mechanically, through belts of various grains, removing defects and imperfections. These processes are recommended as initials, in the case of particularly damaged aluminum surfaces. Used as a finish to obtain a very noticeable satin effect.

MOSAIC, MOON, RHOMBUS PROFILES
This new product comes from the fusion of a 3D processing, on aluminum surfaces, and the different finishes of the NECE Anodization range. The 3D processes, which are however customizable, have a Mosaic effect, a Moon effect and a Rhombus effect.
POST-ANODIZING TREATMENTS
ANTI-SCRATCH TREATMENT L
Mechanical polishing which gives the aluminum surface a particular resistance to abrasion and friction. The aesthetic result is of greater shine.
MECHANICAL WORKINGS
Depending on the use of the anodized product, the mechanical processing can be performed before or after the anodization treatment. The processes are carried out exclusively on batches and not on individual pieces, and can be:
