ANODIZING ON SAMPLES
NECE provides anodizing services on aluminum samples supplied by the customer to verify the specific result based on the alloy and geometry.
It is absolutely necessary that the samples, sent for contract work, be accompanied by the following information:
- Dimensioned technical drawings indicating visible parts.
- Complete NECE code with color and finish.
- Contact person details.
It is absolutely necessary that the samples are accompanied by the following documents, based on the country of origin:
ITALY
➤ DDT for contract work.
EU COUNTRIES
➤ CMR.
NON-EU COUNTRIES
NO COURIERS BUT FORWARDERS TO MANAGE CUSTOMS PROCEDURES: only temporary import is accepted, not permanent.
➤ Countersigned quote or contract.
➤ Goods must arrive with a serial number or identification label for each piece.
➤ Photos of the goods.
➤ Invoice, to be presented at Customs for the issuance of the Customs Bill, with:
☑ Description of the goods.
☑ Origin of the goods.
☑ Serial numbers or labels present on the goods.
☑ Customs heading.
☑ Return of goods.
☑ Gross and net weight and number of packages.
☑ Value of goods.
➤ Reference Customs Office PADUA IT138100:
☑ The material must arrive in Padua.
☑ If the arrival Customs Office is different, a T1 Document is required, which will accompany the goods to Padua Customs Office.
