The range of Colors for Aluminum expands with the new Organic Blue Anodizing, immediately welcomed with enthusiasm by the Automotive world.
This color extends the range of treatable alloys from the 1000 series up to the 8000 series, after verification test.
The dimensions of the aluminum to be anodized can reach 7,500 x 1,500 x 800 mm.
The aluminum is first anodized to obtain the protective oxide layer, then it is immersed in an organic dye to obtain the shade of blue.
The last stage consists in fixing the treated surface.

- Mechanical factors, which are not completely controllable by the process and oxidation, such as the type of profile, its heat treatment, the composition of the alloy, the finish and its chemical reactivity, influence the color.
