Finish Quality
The high level reached, of quality finish, is increasingly demanded by companies that produce aluminium furniture of high design. This achieved thanks to the special care and attention devoted during the processing of aluminium.
The Anodizing process is done changing the structure of aluminium, to a depth ranging from 5 to 25 microns, without affecting the shares of the anodized product, unlike what happens with the painting, which applies a layer of paint, uneven, which can exceed 100 microns, by affecting the shares of the object.
Another fundamental aspect of the anodizing is to enhance the aluminium, eliminating the defects of the material without covering it with a layer of material that belies its features.
Control of incoming material includes a check of the weight and number of bars, as well as the integrity of the packaging. Storage in warehouse is done with a procedure that ensures to avoid any damage to the material accepted.
Therefore, before any processing, each bar is individually and accurately controlled for the presence of scratches, dents, depressions, corrosion or defects in extrusion.
Following the first phase of the process which consists in Brushing, where required a final effect satin, or Micro shot peening, if you want to get a smoother result.
These two finishes, unlike the traditional one of chemical type, can reduce the extrusion defects. The docking operation is performed in a personalized way so that the signs of support result in points not visible. The anodizing and coloring phases provide parametric controls, instrumental and visual very accurate, both on plants and on the material being processed.
The guarantee that the solutions of the chemical anodizing tanks constantly respond to the parameters, is given by the set of checks carried out daily by the the Laboratory manager.
The Anti-scratch treatment is a special process that ensures greater durability of aesthetic quality, high resistance to abrasion, and at the same time gives a higher gloss to surfaces.
Even the Packaging stage, which is essential to ensure the integrity of the finished product, is conducted in a manner tailored to each customer and each product.
