NECE KNOW-HOW

Craftsmanship, Quality, Technology.

The experience of over half a century of NECE in the processing of Aluminum, has generated a manual ability, of the highest level, which is an unmistakable sign of Made in Italy and of the tradition and mastery of the Italian artisan workshop, which handed down and implements the know-how from generation to generation.

NECE expertly takes care of the training of young employees so that they can acquire all the skills, assets of the company, and possibly bring new ideas and solutions.

Aluminum, which must be anodized, often has surface defects on arrival such as scratches, frictions, dents, stains, burrs and defects in mechanical processing.

The experience of those who visually analyze the aluminum received is therefore essential, in order to correctly plan the subsequent phases of surface processing, in order to guarantee the finish chosen by the customer, obtaining through taping, brushing, cleaning and polishing a perfect surface.

All these processes, both manual and semi-automatic, require a very high level of knowledge, experience and manual skills.

This initial artisan phase is followed by other high-tech and automated industrial processing phases, which guarantee product consistency (anodized color), breadth of the range of colors and finishes, resistance and inalterability over time, as well as large production volumes.

The key to NECE’s success is the high quality of the anodized products it supplies, in particular, to the design, interior, lighting, sound, high-speed and architectural sectors.

This is achieved through a large number of checks, both automated and manual.

Each production step requires, peremptorily, the visual check by the operator, according to the ISO 9001 certified Quality System, and the technicians of the internal laboratory who constantly check the chemical products used in the anodizing tanks, those received from suppliers, and carry out physicochemical tests on the state of oxide, for the certification of duration over time.

Among the automatic controls of the plants, we remember:

  • temperatures
  • concentrations
  • timing of chemical baths
  • thickness of the oxide layer

These are confirmed by NECE Certificates:
