Steel Effect Electrocoloring
This Electrocoloring has been increasingly appreciated over time by various sectors and for the most varied applications.
For example, in the Interior Design sector it is used in kitchens for both the doors and the finishing profiles, in particular the Brushed steel color (ACCIAIO-ACCIAIO, ACCIAIO-SCOTCH).
In wood-aluminum windows, the ACCIAIO-ACCIAIO coloring is successfully used as it has an Anti-scratch Processing adding an important functional element to the aesthetic quality.
In the structural field of curtain walls, the most renowned architectural firms require the Polished Steel effect (2A LP and ACCIAIO-OPTIC) to convey an image of resistance and quality of the building, however, using a very light and performing material such as aluminum.
More and more, in recent years, internal and external lighting has taken on an important role in enhancing environments, and in their choices the light designers almost exclusively choose products in anodized aluminum, and among the colors the ACCIAIO-OPACO finish is required or MICRO-BLASTED.
For steel finishes, the initial preparation phases and the final fixing phase are the standard ones of any other treatment, while the coloring takes place through the Electrocoloring process with a color tone that simulates stainless steel.
To give greater prominence to the oxidized surface, the Anti-Scratch Treatment can be performed which removes opacity and makes aluminum look very similar to stainless steel.
Finishes Types:
- ACCIAIO-ACCIAIO (mechanically brushed finish with metal brushes)
- ACCIAIO-SCOTCH (dry brushing with special scotch brite brushes)
- ACCIAIO-CHIMICO (made with the sodification system with satin effect)
- ACCIAIO-SABBIATO (made with steel micro-shot peening)
- 2A LP (uniform gloss effect)
- ACCIAIO-OPTIC (SISAL glossy effect)
- ACCIAIO-SD (linear embossed brushing)
- ACCIAIO-SI (cross brushing)
- ACCIAIO-NV (cloudy effect)
REALIZATIONS
For more information:
- The finishes are made on industrial plants and comply with European standards relating to anodic oxidation processes on aluminum profiles.
- The colors and their shades in this samples are purely indicative.
- We do not accept disputes on cut, processed and assembled materials. The customer is required to check the materials before processing.
- The customer is required to ask for confirmation on codes and colors. NECE reserves the right to vary the finishes and colors without prior notice.
- Mechanical factors, which are not completely controllable by the process and oxidation, such as the type of profile, its heat treatment, the composition of the alloy, the finish and its chemical reactivity, influence the color.
