EVEN SMALL BATCHES CAN NOW BE FILMED

NECE continues to study, in addition to always new products, how to improve the service provided to customers. In this case, it wanted to make the film-coating service available (to give the maximum level of protection to the products, right up to assembly) even for small quantities of profiles and sheet metal. In order to achieve this result, it was necessary to change the layout of the production process, combining the standard packaging phase with PVC film-coating machinery, drastically reducing handling and thus managing to extend the service to small batches.

PROTECTIVE FILM APPLICATION

NECE Anodizing continues to invest incessantly in production plants to maintain its leadership position, in the field of Aluminum Oxidation, and better serve its customers.
 

For this reason it has equipped itself with a new Filming Line on Aluminum profiles that, on request, allows the application of PVC for fiber lasers.

The market becomes more and more demanding in terms of quality and aesthetic appearance, therefore production companies must adapt their production processes to ensure this, and to avoid costs due to production waste, non-compliance and customer complaints.

 
NECE takes the utmost care in the anodizing and surface finishing processes. To preserve the high quality obtained of the anodized aluminum surfaces to the maximum, a PVC film is applied, which will be removed for final use, after assembly.
 
Depending on the type of product treated, different films are used.
