AND ANODIZING

For years now, NECE has been providing machining services for Flat sheet metal, but it has now dedicated an entire production area to cutting, punching, and press bending.
The benefits for the customer are considerable:
- aluminum press-bent profiles in L, U, Z, or C shapes with thicknesses of 1.2, 2, or 3 mm, with a maximum length of 3000 mm, and dimensions achievable to the millimeter
- single order
- single point of contact
- minimum production times
- no logistical risks
- single packaging cost
- measurements or a DXF drawing are sufficient
- color matching between sheets and extrudates managed by NECE

NECE has an in-house Technical Department dedicated to finding the best solution to propose to the customer, supported by technical drawings.
In fact, in its 60 years of activity, NECE has frequently encountered the recurrence of various critical issues, such as:
- commercial extruded profiles only with standard sizes
- logistical complexity of processes carried out by different suppliers
- color matching between laminates and extrusions
- production emergencies due to failure to meet deadlines by other suppliers
- additional processing (with related unforeseen costs) due to design and production errors/oversights
- multiple packaging costs

- COLOR TOLERANCE: combination of extruded 6060 alloy and rolled 5005 alloy with a tolerance specified at the time of order.
- CUTTING AND PRESSING TOLERANCE: ± 0.5 mm per side.
